Liverpool video tech firm Eviid is expanding its national and international footprint with six new staff and new offices in London and the Netherlands.

The business has developed an evidential technology for digitally recorded medi and its software allows companies to use live and recorded smartphone video to connect with workers in the field or assist customers in submitting video evidence (of an insurance claim, for example).

Since August 2017 Eviid has won 11 new clients and major projects, mainly from the UK insurance and property sectors, but also in the US, New Zealand and Australia.

chief executive John Ridd said: “We’re in the business of changing how organisations work, so when we started, it took to convince major companies to embrace our technology.

“However, we seem to have reached a point where many of our customers are already familiar with the idea of using video for areas like job reports, documentation, remote worker support and customer service.

In Eviid, they’re finding technology that is proven to work in corporate environments, with all their data protection, security and integration challenges.”

The company still has vacancies are for a tester and further business development executives, all based Liverpool office in Speke. Email careers@eviid.com for more information.
