Established more than 15 years ago, AG is based in Liverpool, Preston and Manchester has been organically growing. But in the last three years, it has expanded its service line and offering due to increased demand for specialist support.

Jonathan Shaw, AG’s chief executive, said: “Michelle brings her with the skills and abilities to help us achieve our vision, and she’ll play a significant role in ensuring we get to where we want to be.

“Our business has experienced increased demand for our services, largely due to the people we have here.

“Bringing more experts to our business who have a real passion for what we do and who we do it for is key to our longevity, and Michelle has exactly what we’re looking for.”
