A new all-you-can-eat restaurant will open in Liverpool city centre in the next few weeks offering eight different cuisines, robot waiters and will create 60 jobs. Tony McDonough reports
A new all-you-can-eat restaurant will open its doors in Liverpool ONE later this summer, creating 60 jobs.
COSMO claims it will offer an “authentic tour of the world’s most loved dishes”. Its team of chefs will create more than 100 dishes every day. It will accommodate up to 300 people.
Based in Manesty’s Lane, this will be COSMO’s 21st site. It will tempt diners with eight different cuisines. They include Chinese World of Asia, Japanese Teppanyaki, Indian House of Spice, Italian Continental, a Tasting Kitchen for family favourites, a Mediterranean Deli and a carvery.
Diners can enjoy unlimited courses for one set price every single day. Director Kan Koo said: “We’re really excited to be launching COSMO Liverpool. It’s a city that is jam-packed with culture and cuisine.
“Although we are in our 19th year, opening a new site is still such a huge moment for us and we can’t wait to show everyone what we are all about.

“With our impressive range of freshly prepared food available, at affordable prices, we’ve made COSMO a place where everyone can enjoy a memorable meal – no matter what the occasion.”
COSMO is also known for its entertainment and its robot waiters, which are affectionately called Hola and Bella. The duo will be on hand to take orders, clear tables and sing Happy Birthday.
Kan added: “Since opening in 2003, COSMO has continued to expand throughout the UK and Ireland. From families and foodies to couples on a date night and big groups, COSMO truly does have something for everyone.”
