Developer and builder Anwyl Partnerships is set to hand over flagship Extra Care development in Warrington as it continues to adapt to the COVID-19 restrictions.
The £11.3m Harpers Green over 55s development by Liverpool-based affordable housing provide, Torus on Harpers Road, Warrington, includes 97-one and two bedroom apartments.
Set across four-storeys, the 107,000 sq ft site includes a central feature courtyard and a host of internal and external communal facilities including a bistro, hair salon and a community bowling green.
Anwyl Partnerships operates across North west England and North Wales and is introducing measures according to region, in response to changing Government COVID-19 directives to make sure its operations can continue.
Managing director at Tom Anwyl said: “Working on schemes in different boroughs means that different restrictions apply, as such we are monitoring any change on a site by site basis.
“We are committed to keeping all sites open and support our supply chain by ensuring we operate a full workforce, with many of our own team members currently working from home.
“The upcoming handover of Harpers Green following lockdown and the restrictions surrounding the pandemic is testament to the strength and resilience shown by the team.
We are steadfast in our approach and continue to make progress on each of our sites, coupled with a number of exciting new developments in the pipeline.”
