Avison Young acquired property consultant, GVA in November 2018 and now operates entirely under the Avison Young brand with the Liverpool office at No 4 St Paul’s Square
Property consultancy Avison Young has announced four promotions in its Liverpool office at No 4 St Paul’s Square.
Olivia Harker and Alex Chambers are promoted to director and associate positions respectively. Jack Nield and Ben Woodcock, both of whom joined the firm as graduates in 2016, have also been promoted to senior surveyors in the energy and natural resources and land and development teams respectively.
Olivia, who works in the energy and natural resources team, provides a bespoke service of health and safety and risk assurance to a number of high-profile clients across a UK wide portfolio, including the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and Sellafield.
Alex’s expertise in the lease consultancy team means that he is well placed to advise across the buoyant office and industrial markets across the Liverpool city region.
Stephen Cowperthwaite, principal and managing director of the Liverpool office, said: “The promotions of Olivia and Alex are recognition of their hard work and dedication, as well a reflection of the breadth of experience within our wider team. For Ben and Jack, it is fantastic to see their career progressing and a reflection of the important investment that we make in our emerging talent.
