Birdies Bar in the Baltic Triangle has relaunched

Birdies Bar in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle has celebrated its new look in style serving up more than 6,000 cocktails in its first four days of opening.

The bar has doubled in size at its Cains Brewery Village home and offers a revamped image, complete with additional dining, drinking and live entertainment space spanning 8,000 sq ft.

With an all-new cocktail menu and a BBQ menu courtesy of in-house street food vendor Apocalypse Cow, the venue now has a second outdoor bar and a large capacity indoor seating area within the former On Air/Home Alone bar.

Owner of Birdies Bar Kip Piper said: “This venue has always been a popular destination in the Baltic Triangle thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and innovative food and drinks offering but we’ve gone one step further and created a seamless, multi-purpose space that can be enjoyed any time of year.

“What’s more, our creative team has worked tirelessly to build a number of additions such as our 22-foot palm trees, made by hand in our warehouse from rubber and metal to bring a tropical vibe to our outdoor area all year long.

As part of our plans to make Birdies Bar the biggest bar in the Baltic Triangle, we have also taken over On Air to create Birdies Live Room whilst the former car park is now operating as an additional outside bar, appropriately named Birdies Summer Garden along with our original Birdies Bar area.”

Birdies Bar & BBQ was first established in 2016 by owners Kip Piper and Danny Bolger who are the local Liverpool duo behind popular venues Ghetto Golf and The Brunch Club.
