Business and Art with the Royal Standard

On July 18th, as part of Liverpool’s International Festival of Business, The Royal Standard Artist led Gallery and Studio space, will be holding a series of talks by prominent speakers from the fields of both art and business, in order to foster new relationships and instigate dialogues around the benefits of collaboration.

Talks on the day will provide new insight and opportunities to businesses on topics such as culture led regeneration and its impact in the UK and abroad, case studies from previous Business and Art collaborations and the nature of traversing these two differing fields of professional practice.

This event creates fresh and exciting opportunities for businesses’ development and strategic aims, as well as ways of tapping into the UK’s considerable (and growing) cultural economy sector.

The varying presentations aim to be a networking opportunity for those in businesses to meet with speakers from different fields in order to maximise the effectiveness of future relationships between the two, by highlighting the benefits of both.

Speakers will include:

● Sally Tallant: Director of Liverpool Biennial
● Stewart McCombe- investment Director at Enterprise Ventures, Board member at Contact Machester
● Silvie Jacobi- Manging Consultant at Post-Creative city
● David Parrish- Author of T-Shirts and Suits: A guide to the business of creativity
Following the event, there will be a Private View at The Royal Standard.
