Liverpool Town Hall will be the venue for the Caring for Merseyside Awards

Organisers of an awards for social care professionals in Merseyside are looking for corporate sponsors for their event later this year.

Caring Connections is a charity providing caring and support services around across Merseyside, Cheshire and Lancashire and will host the Caring for Merseyside Awards at Liverpool Town Hall on Saturday, November 24.

The awards will be free to enter and will celebrate the significant contributions by individuals who have shown exceptional quality by going above and beyond in their roles as care professionals.

A spokeswoman for Caring Connections said: “The call for nominations will go out via local press and radio with you business as the sponsor. We will also arrange for a short video clip with your reasons for getting behind the award which will available via the web and will also be played at the event.

“You will also have the opportunity to be part of the Judging panel for your award. By sponsoring our awards you would be highlighting that your company recognises and appreciates the efforts of our region’s heroes.

A headline sponsor is being sought along with those for each of the 11 awards. Sponsors will receive tickets to attend the event and will have the honour of meeting the nominees.
