CBRE appointed to advise North West sales developments

The North West Asset Services team for CBRE, with offices in Manchester and Liverpool, has been given instruction on advising the sales of several major developments.

These include Premier Park in Trafford Park (appointed by Lothbury), Chancery Place in Manchester (appoint by NFU Mutual), Temple Square in Liverpool (appointed by Hudson Capital Advisors), 45 Ranleigh Street in Liverpool (appointed by Boudelen), Meridian Court in Bolton (appointed by United Utilities), and Rhodes Business Park in Middleton and Premier Park in Winsford (both appointed by Merseyside Pension Fund).

The North West Asset Services team has stated that much of this recent work has followed the acquisition of assets from investor, demonstrating the strong levels of investor interest within the North West region.

Paul Jolley, director within the CBRE team, said:

“The recent increase in the number of high profile instructions is indicative of a returning market and increased buoyancy within the North West property sector, which is a highly positive sign for the region.

“The team will continue to manage the properties and look for ways to maximise the potential of these assets for our clients.”
