Property consultancy CBRE appoints long-serving executive Neil Kirkham as head of its Liverpool office
Neil Kirkham is to be the new head of the Liverpool office of property consultancy CBRE.
Already one of the best known commercial property professionals in the city, Neil has been with CBRE for 11 years and will step up from his current role as senior director, head of leasing on January 1, 2026.
According to CBRE, Neil has “built strong relationships with developer, investor, leasing and occupier clients across the region”.
This is one of a number of senior appointments the business has announced across its UK operations. Mike Baugh will become head of the Leeds office, succeeding Richard Bamford, who will continue as head of building consultancy, UK regional markets and UK head of building surveying.

Angela Lowe has been appointed head of the Edinburgh operation. She has been with CBRE for more than a decade and leads the office agency team in Scotland.
