Delifonseca Dockside is set to celebrate Easter Sunday in style at the end of this month.
Following the success of last year’s festivities, the award-winning eatery on Brunswick Quay will be serving up a three-course menu jammed packed with classic British flavours on Sunday, March 27.
Proprietor of Delifonseca Candice Fonseca said:
“Easter Sunday is the perfect opportunity for friends and family to get together and spend some all-important quality time with one another, and what better way to spend the Bank Holiday weekend than by indulging in fantastic food and delicious drink?
“Once again, our talented Head Chefs Martin Cooper and Marc Lara have devised an indulgent Easter Sunday feast that looks set to be the perfect kick-start into springtime.”
To start, diners can choose from imaginative starters including pan fried king prawn & chorizo salad with coriander, heritage tomato with buffalo mozzarella, balsamic reduction & a basil oil and melon carpaccio with Cheshire air-dried ham, rocket & a port reduction.
For mains, dishes include supreme of Goosnargh chicken with sautéed mushrooms, braised shallots & leeks, lemongrass scented cod loin, bok choi, confit tomatoes, king prawns and asparagus & potato pie-let served with a crispy poached duck egg alongside a choice of traditional Sunday roasts.
Those with a sweet tooth can tuck in to desserts such as Easter egg sundae, treacle tart with salted caramel ice cream and black forest chocolate mousse.
Candice added:
“Whether our diners prefer a traditional Sunday dinner or something a little more unusual, there’s certainly be something on the menu for everybody to enjoy. In a bid to create a full family offering, there will also be suitably portioned options for little ones to enjoy. We are looking forward to welcoming both new and familiar faces to Delifonseca Dockside this Easter weekend!”
The Easter menu is available at Delifonseca Dockside on Sunday, March 27th from 12pm and is priced at £26.95 per person.
