UKREiiF is seen as the UK equivalent of the giant global MIPIM festival, which brings together investors, developers and city regions every March in Cannes in the South of France.

Taking place from May 20 to 22 in Leeds, UKREiiF 2025 will see Liverpool city region take a pavilion that will showcase the investment and development potential in all six of its boroughs – Liverpool, Wirral, Seftom, Knowsley, St Helens and Halton.

Metro Mayor Steve Rotheram said: “This is fantastic news for Liverpool city region and a testament to our ambition and ability to deliver on a global stage.

“UKREiiF 2025 presents an exciting opportunity to showcase the bold, innovative projects that are transforming our region and driving real economic growth.

“With a dedicated pavilion, we can demonstrate how collaboration across our six boroughs is unlocking opportunities, attracting investment, and solidifying our reputation as a leader in green, digital, and advanced industries.

“This isn’t just about showing what we can do—it’s about helping to shape the future of the UK economy.”
