Work on a £13m apartments complex in north Liverpool on the Leeds-Liverpool Canal reaches significant milestone as developer Integritas reveals likely completion date. Tony McDonough reports
Developer Integritas Property Group (IPG) says it expects to complete its latest new homes development on the Leeds-Liverpool Canal in the first quarter of 2027.
Costing just over £13m, Cavendish Waters will comprise 70 apartments across six floors. The project sits on the Leeds-Liverpool Canal in north Liverpool just a few yards from Merseyrail’s Sandhills station and close to Everton FC’s Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Also overlooking Stanley Dock, amenities at Cavendish Waters will include a large outdoor gym and yoga area.
A “substantial concrete pour” has pushed the construction forward. The team at IPG coordinated the pouring of 250 cubic metres of concrete following rigorous preparations at the site, including rebar installation, shuttering, and under-slab drainage.
With the concrete slab now cured, the project is moving forward to the next phases, including the formation of retaining walls and the construction of concrete upstands, followed by brick and blockwork.
Progress is already visible on site with the erection of scaffolding to the first level, and brickwork is now underway.
Currently, 25 people are engaged in the concrete work and bricklaying for the project, contributing to the employment of around 140 individuals from Liverpool across various roles.

“his signifies a remarkable step forward in this exciting project, and we are eager to continue delivering a development that will provide exceptional living spaces and amenities for the community.”
