Fox Street Village in Liverpool will provide more than 400 apartments in five blocks

Work is well under way on a new £30m residential development in North Liverpool comprising more than 400 apartments in five blocks.

Fox Street Village is being built just outside the city centre and will include a range of one, two and three-bedroom dwellings. Three of the five blocks are already completed and the project has provided jobs for 250 construction workers and 20 apprentices.

Developer Lin Mari Group says the scheme has attracted investors from around the world and the company added that 98% of the development has already been sold.

Lin Mari Group’s director, Gary Howard, said:We believe that Fox Street Village will help give North Liverpool a new purpose.

“It is a prestigious development that will unlock the area’s economic potential and become a destination in its own right. With the scheme sitting on the edge of the city centre, the residential apartments will hopefully form part of a community which people can be proud of.”
