Ridge has moved its 34-strong multi-disciplinary team across the landing to a 4,712 sq ft office suite in Horton House in Exchange Flags as it handles projects such as the refurbishment of India Buildings
Property and construction consultancy Ridge and Partners is expanding its Liverpool office by 50% to manage major projects in the city including the refurbishment of India Buildings.
Ridge has moved its 34-strong multi-disciplinary team across the landing to a 4,712 sq ft office suite in Horton House in Exchange Flags, allowing it to accommodate a number of contract staff helping deliver major projects whilst providing more room for growth.
As well as India Buildings the practice is also advising developers Ask, Langtree, Dandara and Himor and big industrial clients such as Airbus and Jaguar Land Rover.
Partner Jason Howard said: “We have a strong forward order book across a wide range of disciplines and the move provides us with the type of space we need to maintain our growth whilst serving our clients efficiently.
“The spread of work across disciplines and sectors gives us a very solid base as a business and means we have deep expertise that can lend itself to a wide range of construction challenges. While there are headwinds out there we’re looking at 2019 with a great deal of optimism.”
Ridge’s headcount across its Liverpool and Manchester offices extends to a hundred when contract staff are taken in to account.
Nationwide, the firm has more than 600 permanent staff advising clients across a range of disciplines, including project management, building surveying, civil and structural engineering, expert witness services and cost management.
