Electronic signature specialist E-Sign is to expand its office space in Liverpool Waters for the third time, and take on new staff, as it looks to meet growing international demand. Tony McDonough reports
A business that enables legal documents to be signed electronically is expanding for the third time at Liverpool Waters.
E-Sign is taking a 3,500 sq ft office at No 8 Princes Dock as it looks to meet growing international demand for its services. The company has also just opened offices in Dublin and New York.
It was founded in 2012 to simplify and speed up document processing through the development of bespoke software.
This digitisation of document send processes has also enabled E-Sign to support businesses to cut carbon emissions, helping them to reduce paper and find reliable and secure digital alternatives.
In 2023, E-Sign’s development and sales teams doubled to meet growing demand. It released new integrations and features which have enabled it to expand into different markets and provide services to organisations and governments.
With further UK and international expansion on the horizon, the E-Sign team will move in its new office at No 8 Princes Dock next month.
Liverpool Waters has supported E-Sign throughout its growth, with the business having previously been based in serviced office space at The Quay and, most recently, at No. 12 Princes Dock.
