Wirral engineering consultancy Concept Projects Group works across multiple sectors

An engineering consultancy based in Wirral is expanding its range of services by launching a new division.

Concept Projects Group (CPG) is owned by Andy Barker and Steven Tunstall. It was founded in 2018 to manage and deliver engineering, construction, and turnkey projects across multiple industries.

Its team offers more than 50 years of combined experience in mechanical, electrical, and process engineering disciplines. Headquarters of the business are in Bromborough.

Now it is launching a new construction management division. This will add services such as industrial fit-outs, commercial fit-outs, external site services, and CDM (construction, design and management) consultancy.

Andy Barker, who is managing director, said: “We understand the frustrations that come with managing multiple tradespeople and the potential for project delays.

“Our fully managed service ensures that every aspect of the project is handled professionally and efficiently, providing peace of mind for our clients.”

He added this new division addresses common industry challenges, including the management of unreliable tradespeople, by offering end-to-end turnkey services.

It will be aimed particularly at clients in manufacturing industries, including food and beverages, pharmaceutical, home and personal care, chemical, warehousing, and logistics.

CPG says it can address the common challenges of coordinating different contractors and adhering to tight schedules and budgets. It currently has clients in Wirral, Liverpool, Manchester, Warrington, Chester and Wrexham and other UK locations.
