Legacie Developments has released images of the £2.5m rooftop spa that sits on top of its £90 Parliament Square residential scheme in Liverpool.
Work on Parliament Square, which comprises 505 apartments in the Baltic District of the city, is well advanced. It also includes a public park plaza and 30,000 sq ft of commercial space. Block one is now complete with delivery on the other blocks expected over the next 12 months.
Liverpool property investment specialist RWInvest is promoting the development to investors. They say there is already a waiting list of buyers with 40% coming from Australia, China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Located 250ft on top of the development, 250 ft above the ground, the Jayde Spa will be for the exclusive use of residents. It offers a swimming pool, gym and sauna as well as a jacuzzi, relaxation zones and a bar offering panoramic views.
This 5,000 sq ft luxury facility cost Legacie £2.5m to build. The company claims major institutional funding sources have viewed the complex since completion and registered interest in future Legacie projects.
John Morley, founder and chief executive of Legacie, said: “This is a game-changing development for the city.
“The finishing touches speak for themselves. We have already seen huge demand in the spa with residents taking advantage of the incredible facilities and the extraordinary panoramic views.
