Hassett Homes has revealed the first images of its upmarket £4.7m residential development in Formby.
Liverpool-based Hassett is building The Marram, at Wheatstone Road, which will comprise eight large detached homes. The firm started work on the development in summer 2022.
The site’s drainage and roads are now complete, with work underway building the properties, says managing director Jamie Blennerhassett.
He added: “The market for well-designed and well-built executive homes will always remain strong in a suburb such as Formby. Our level of pre-sale enquiries is our highest yet and I’m delighted with our progress on site.”
This development stands above the River Alt, with views south west towards Liverpool Bay and the Welsh mountains. RAL is the architect, with Hassett’s Chloe Officer the scheme’s interior design manager.
“These are striking contemporary homes with bathroom fixtures by Vado and Durvait and high-end kitchen fittings by Roundel,” said Mr Blennerhassett. They also include features such as underfloor heating and large picture windows.
“Our customers demand quality and attention to detail so our focus is always on the standard of build and choosing the right fixtures and fittings,” he added.
“We like to focus on convenience, too, such as providing fitted carpets and high-quality hard flooring so that customers can move their belongings straight in and begin enjoying their lovely new home immediately.”
Potential purchasers are being asked to register their interest now, with the first homes available to reserve from Easter.
The news follows confirmation that all nine homes at Hassett Homes’ development on Long Lane in Aughton sold within 30 days of release.
The project comprised six semi-detached and three detached properties, designed around a private courtyard and sold to a mix of families and retirees.
