It’s been a busy old time of it for Fishlocks the florist, but the experience of getting their new Liverpool One kiosk off the ground last week has been very fulfilling, according to boss Richard Moore.
Moore says that the whole endeavour started with a flurry of creativity as Fishlocks worked on designing their latest range of formal and hand-tied bouquets.
With prices ranging from £15 to £40, Fishlocks’ offer something to suit most budgets and everything is hand tied, finished in exquisite wrapping paper and placed lovingly into specially designed Fishlocks carrier bags. Fishlocks also make sure to include a care card and sufficient flower food to ensure maximum life from their beautiful bouquets and arrangements.
In time for the festive season, Fishlocks have introduced a range of holly wreaths, designer door wreaths, holly trees, poinsettia plants as well as a range of gifts including Belgian chocolates and truffles, Christmas tree decorations, and Steiff teddy bears sold exclusively at Fishlocks in Liverpool.
Richard Moore says:
“It is so exciting to have been approached and selected by Liverpool One to trade from the city’s premier shopping centre. It is an honour to be rubbing shoulders and making friends with some of the country’s finest retail brands.
“I have 23 years experience in trading as an Interflora member, and this has allowed me to grow my skills and increase or footprint in the city, which has inevitably opened doors for us and has provided a platform to sell quality gift items nationally and internationally.
“Although Fishlocks has been trading in Liverpool for over 120 years, it is our ability to transform our offer for the changing needs of our customers that has been so important to our continued success. The latest move to Liverpool One has meant that we are now more accessible to a wider audience. We’re delighted to throw our hat in the ring here and feel incredibly positive about the future.”
