Portfolio Creative Agency will hold an ‘office party’ for freelancers, the work-‐from-home crowd, and any person who isn’t treated to a work shindig!
This usually includes artists, designers, photographers, bloggers, musicians, developers, illustratorssmall shop owners and many other areas of work.
The event will be held on Thursday, 10th December 2015 and will start at 7pm, carrying on into the
night.
Pattersons on Gradwell Street is the venue, with the party being hosted in the private room upstairs.
This event will be FREE to attend, with a bar in the private room and food served downstairs.
Paul Waring, director at Portfolio Creative Agency said:
“Freelancing can be a lonely business. We often work alone, and with new clients coming and goingcan be hard to build lasting and meaningful working relationships.
“Aside from the stability of a 9 to 5 job, we find that freelancers often miss the social aspect of working in a company.
“The office gossip, canteen chat, work days out and general human interaction with others can be difficult to replace. The Christmas party really brings this home so to combat the festive blues, we
thought we’d help out.“The main objective of this night is to bring like-‐minded individuals together to mingle, discuss
business and life, and generally send off the working year with a bang, whilst building new relationships going into 2016.“With that in mind, we’d like to invite any freelancers and micro-‐businesses to enjoy a well earned
drink with classic Christmas tunes in a cosy bar. Mingle with fellow freelancers at a Christmas party
you deserve.”
