Roja Pinchos, Liverpool’s first Spanish pinchos bar, marked its first birthday yesterday, Thursday 10th September and celebrated by launching a week of festivities set to climax with the one-off return of its £15 per person endless pinchos deal this Sunday, 13th September.
The pinchos bar, located on the increasingly popular Berry Street, has seen a dramatic growth over the past 12 months and has chosen to mark its birthday with a week of events designed to thank Liverpool for its overwhelming and continued support.
When asked about Roja Pinchos’ first 12 months in business, director Edward Ridding, said:
“We’re overwhelmed with Liverpool’s love for our little slice of Spain and the speed to which Liverpool has embraced pinchos. Over the past year we’ve been inundated with praise from our customers on the quality of our offering. It’s been a terrific twelve months and we’re really excited with our plans for the year ahead.
“Our week of festivities is designed to thank our amazing customers for their support over the last twelve months. Without them, our dedicated staff and my wife Clare’s continued support, Roja Pinchos wouldn’t exist.”
Roja Pinchos is located on 50 Berry Street, Liverpool, L1 4JQ.
