Liverpool city region health tech firm Tecura secures new funding to take its social care innovation ‘to the next level’
Health tech innovation firm Tecura has secured new funding from the Liverpool City Region High Growth Innovation Fund.
Based at Sci-Tech Daresbury, Tecura has developed a digital platform that works across a multiple social care settings. It connects and optimises multiple aspects of a person’s care needs and the management systems of the buildings they live in.
For the people it is designed to help, it means greater independence and better quality of life. For the local authority and its residents, it ultimately saves money.
Tecura’s ‘internet of things’ innovation will enable vulnerable people to live as independently as possible, strengthening safeguarding protocols and using resources more efficiently.
