How The Sundial development in Wirral will look when completed

Two homes worth more than £1m each have already been reserved at a luxury £6.3m Merseyside residential development currently under construction.

Located on Caldy Hill in south Wirral, The Sundial will comprise seven apartments and will offer a 360-degree panoramic views across the Dee Estuary, the coastline, past the Marine Lake in West Kirby and over to Hilbre Island. It is due to be completed in late autumn.

Property outfit, Bradshaw Farnham & Lea, part of The Venmore Group, is bringing forward the scheme with construction well under way. Two of the homes, worth more than £1m each, have been reserved with “incredible demand” being seen for the remaining five. Pro Golders, footballers and a dentist are among those showing an interest.

Venmore’s land and new homes manager, Rachel Jones, said: “Never in my personal career have I come across a development that offers this variety and expansive 360-degree panorama that will simply take your breath away. This is the very first development of its kind in Caldy and what a statement this makes.”

The Venmore Group is the North West’s largest group of independent estate agents with three brands of estate agents across Wirral, Liverpool and Southport including Venmores, Bradshaw Farnham & Lea and Ball & Percival and five additional services including Auction, Commercial, Surveys and lettings.
