Housebuilder Stewart Milne Group will unveil five new developments in the North West over the next 12 months totalling almost 450 homes.
It is currently on site at Upton in Wirral where more than 100 new homes are being built.
Over the past year the company has seen the volume of home new home completions across its North West developments double from 134 to 275.
It revealed the figure as it announced the appointment of project manager Haresh Murji to lead its construction operation in the region.
Previously senior construction manager for the North West division, Mr Murji joined Stewart Milne nine years ago as a senior site manager and has worked his way up the company ladder following several promotions.
In his new role, Mr Murji will be responsible for controlling all building operations, health and safely and customer satisfaction.He will also lead on staff development and retention.
He said: “Over the next 12 months our focus will continue to be on quality, safety and our customers. The North West is a key growth area for the company and we are seeing significant investment from the group in this area.”
Paul Challinor, managing director North West, added: “Haresh has been a valued member of the Stewart Milne Group for nine years, playing a significant role in our growth in the North West.
“He will bring a wealth of experience in the construction sector to his new role, as well as drive forward our core group values which focus on quality homes and a customer centric approach to building and selling houses.”
