G&G Joinery, which was founded by directors Gary Hassall and Gary Hope in 2004, has expanded rapidly with new build sites in both traditional and timber frame
Developer Gladman says the final remaining unit available at its South Liverpool office park has been sold.
The purchasers, G&G Joinery, will occupy the final 2,550 sq ft unit at Hurricane Court Business Park in Speke.
The firm, which was founded by directors Gary Hassall and Gary Hope in 2004, has expanded rapidly with new build sites in both traditional and timber frame.
It has also expanded its expertise into supplying further services of spandrel panels, contract lifts and principal contracting on private projects.
It has a labour force of more than 120 joiners; all CSCS, first aid, paslode and face fix mask trained, covering all regions of the country, including London.
Neil Kirkham of CBRE, joint letting agent with Hitchcock Wright & Partners, said: “Hurricane Court now being fully let or sold is reflective of the wider Liverpool office market, increased demand mixed with a lack of speculative development has led to a significant reduction in office availability.”
