Leasowe Castle is set to showcase its exclusive wedding fayre next month.
Between 12-4pm on Sunday, January 29, the grand 16th century wedding destination, which overlooks the Wirral coastline, will welcome more than 40 professional exhibitors across six of its rooms.
In addition to meeting a diverse array of hand-picked industry suppliers, brides and grooms-to-be will be treated to a duo of bridal catwalks, together with live music in the castle’s newly opened romantic chapel setting, The Keep.
Operations Manager at Leasowe Castle Joseph Williamson said: “Leasowe Castle is filled with historic charm that allows couples to feel like king and queen of the castle in their very own fairy-tale.
“During our forthcoming wedding fayre, the venue will be aptly dressed so that brides and grooms-to-be can paint a true picture of what tying the knot in our unique castle setting would be like. Not only will they be able to take a tour around our stunning interior and grounds, couples will be able to meet with some of the North West’s most esteemed wedding suppliers including photographers, florists, bridal boutiques, grooms-wear and stationary to name a few, as well as browse through our new in-house venue dressing shop.”
Located just a 20 minutes’ drive from Liverpool City Centre, the award-winning castle provides five different wedding rooms ranging from a capacity of 50-250 guests including The Keep and Castle Suite. The historic venue is also home to 47 hotel rooms, Star Chamber Restaurant, Brasserie 1593, Coastal Coffee and Knight’s Cocktail Bar.
Joseph: “With Christmas and the New Year fast approaching we envisage many proposals over the coming weeks, so we are looking forward to meeting newly engaged couples and help advise them on the first steps to wedding planning. Our specialist wedding team who provide expert assistance right through until the big day, will also be on-hand to answer any questions and provide inspiration.”
Leasowe Castle’s first wedding fayre of 2017 will take place on Sunday, January 29 between 12-4pm. Exclusive offers and a raffle draw will also take place on the day. Admission is free.
