Legacie Developments has completed its £11m Ropemaker Place scheme in Liverpool city centre.
The firm, founded by John Morely in 2010, says the Renshaw Street project and its 74 apartments was fully-let before completion, “drawing significant international and UK-wide interest”.
The business specialises in new developments and the sensitive restoration of historic buildings and most recently started work on the £90m Parliament Square residential development within Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle.
Mr Morley said: “Ropemaker Place is a striking residential development that has given a new lease of life to Renshaw Street. It is a great achievement for us to have it complete and fully let even before completion. There was huge national and international interest in the development.
“Ropemaker is just one of the significant projects we have completed in Liverpool. We’re investing heavily into the city and have exciting plans for 2020, not least with the progress we’re making on Parliament Square.”
