Legacie Developments has revealed a new image showing the rapid progress on its £90m Parliament Square residential scheme in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle.
Parliament Square will see the construction of 500 apartments across five blocks and will also include public plaza with retail units and a gym. Legacie’s last image shows the construction of the frame on the third block.
Supported by investment firm RW Invest, was officially launched by Liverpool Mayor Joe Anderson in November 2019. He praised its transformative impact on the city as well as the employment opportunities Legacie has created in the local construction sector.
Legacie founder and managing director, John Morley, said: “We are making solid progress and have recently started to construct the third block within the development. Parliament Square is a flagship Legacie Developments project and it will have a transformative impact on a key thoroughfare into Liverpool city centre.
“There is huge interest in the scheme and we are delighted to have reached yet another major milestone in its construction. We are on schedule to complete the job by next summer. Parliament Square is on track to become the most desirable address in Liverpool.”
Legacie Developments recently announced that they are expanding into Greater Manchester. The company will shortly start work on a new residential development close to Salford’s Media City.
