Developer Legacie unveils plans for £200m residential scheme on the edge of Liverpool city centre comprising 656 apartments. Tony McDonough reports
Legacie Developments is proposing to build four towers on the edge of Liverpool city centre comprising 656 apartments.
This £200m scheme will be called The Gateway and will be located in Leeds Street close to the city’s central business district. It will offer a selection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
Other features include a garden spa, complete with an infrared sauna, swimming pool, ice bath, oxygen chamber, and experience showers.
There will also be two gyms, two resident lounges complete with a cinema room, landscaped gardens, coffee shop and convenience store and other commercial amenities.
The complex will be a similar scale to Legacie’s £90m Parliament Square development which is located on the edge of the Baltic Triangle. The Gateway will see more than 250 people employed during construction including 25 apprenticeships.

International sales agent, RWinvest, has once again partnered with Legacie Developments to promote the scheme.
