Law firm Aaron & Partners is expanding its space at Egerton House

Law firm Aaron & Partners is taking a bigger office space in Wirral two years after it first set up shop in the borough.

Aaron & Partners, which also has offices in Chester and Greater Manchester, launched its Wirral operation at Egerton House in Birkenhead in 2022. The building is owned by Wirral Chamber of Commerce and also serves as its headquarters.

Solicitors at the legal practice – a number of whom live in Wirral – have also helped forge new partnerships with Caldy Rugby Club and more recently Neston Cricket Club. These have led to exclusive networking events and charity fundraising.

Paul Hennity, a senior associate solicitor in the firm’s employment law team, said: “Wirral has been my home for a long time and I’m proud to represent Aaron & Partners in this region.

“This new office is a fantastic space for us to work but also to meet with clients whenever we need to. Egerton House is an excellent facility and since our first office was opened back in 2022, we’ve really gone from strength to strength here.”

Aaron & Partners already offers its full range of services from Wirral, including employment law, family law, corporate and commercial, wills, trusts and tax. It also has legal expertise in areas such as construction, transport and private client.

Victoria Syvret, a Family Law Partner at the firm, added: “We see Wirral as an important base for many of our team members and we have lots of clients in the region already. We’ve been actively working with individuals and businesses here for a long time.”

In June LBN revealed Wirral Chamber had acquired Egerton House, its long-time home, in a deal partly funded by a £2m finance package.

Egerton House is a former banana warehouse dating back to 1874. The 40,000 sq ft building, on the Edge of Wirral Waters, has long been occupied by the chamber but owned by Wirral Council.

The authority agreed to sell the building to the chamber which has secured a £2m finance package from Reliance Bank. This agreement was brokered by West Kirby business finance specialist Bathgate Business Finance.
