Liverpool investment agency unveils expansion

Liverpool firm RWinvest, which finds international investors for UK property schemes, is announcing a new North West expansion. Tony McDonough reports

Liverpool international property sales agent RWinvest is to move into new purpose-built offices in Liverpool and Manchester.

Founded  20 years ago, RWinvest secures overseas investors for major UK property schemes. It has worked closely with developers on a number of schemes and has a longstanding relationship with Liverpool developer Legacie.

Now its Liverpool team is to relocate from its current home at the Tea Factory in Wood Street to new offices at One Baltic Square. In Manchester its operation will move into 2,500 sq ft of purpose built office space at the £30m Merchants Wharf development.

This week, the firm which was named Best Real Estate Agency in the UK Property Awards in 2023, also announced three key promotions.

Lewis Francis, who started his career with RWInvest in Liverpool in 2016, has been promoted to associate director for the Manchester operation.Bradley Ashley has also been promoted to associate director in Liverpool.

At RWinvest’s London office, Felix Taylor has been promoted to associate director, overseeing the operation in the capital. Felix has worked with RWinvest for almost 10 years, having started as a sales executive.

RWinvest has helped bring more than £1bn worth of investment into the UK property market and has confirmed growth of more than 30% in the last 12 months.

Director Michael Gledhill said: “We have a culture of rewarding success at RWInvest. Felix, Lewis and Bradley are key members of our team and I am delighted they will continue their career with us in these senior positions.
