Liverpool office buildings secure trio of businesses

Trio of businesses sign up for office space at two connected refurbished buildings in Liverpool’s commercial district. Tony McDonough reports

Liverpool office buildings Honeycomb and Helix are linked

 

A pair of connected office developments in Liverpool’s commercial district have attracted three new business tenants.

Agents for Honeycomb and Helix, two refurbished period properties in Edmund Street, have completed deals totalling more than 4,500 sq ft with Index Launch Capital, EcoSave Pay and Wave Consulting Group.

Sales and business development specialist Wave Consultancy has moved into a 2,417 sq ft workspace, complete with meeting rooms and private terrace, on the third floor of Honeycomb.

At Helix, Index Launch Capital, an early-stage capital investment provider supporting recruitment businesses, has taken almost 1,200 sq ft on the second floor. Payment processing technology firm EcoSave Pay has moved into 1,022 sq ft on the third floor.

Honeycomb and Helix comprise a combined 40,600 sq ft of office space and feature a range of shared amenities.

The include a business lounge with complimentary hot drinks, ground floor collaboration space, cycle storage, undercroft parking and a large roof terrace. Helix also has a Sainsbury’s outlet at ground floor level on Old Hall Street.

These latest deals leave the two buildings at a combined occupancy of 90%, with just four suites now remaining, ranging from 538 sq ft to 3,403 sq ft, marketed by Worthington Owen.
