Liverpool sales, lettings and property management business Qube Residential has acquired Chris Ball Sales and Lettings in Bolton.

Founded in 2016, Qube already operates in Greater Manchester and this acquisition extends the firm’s reach. This is the first phase of an “ambitious growth strategy” that will see it grow its North West footprint.

Based in Chorlton Old Road, Chris Ball is a family venture that has operated in the Bolton area for more than 15 years. The value of the deal was not disclosed but Chris Ball’s most recent accounts showed net assets of more than £71,000.

This acquisition will add more than 300 managed units to Qube Residential’s expanding portfolio, increasing the company’s total managed properties to more than 1,300 across the region.

The workforce will grow from 16 to 19 employees across the business. Plans are already under way to further enhance operations through investment in technology, branding and customer experience improvements.

Dave Seed, managing director of Qube Residential, said: “This is an exciting milestone for the business and marks the beginning of a significant new chapter in our continued growth journey.”
