Carringtons Caterings has welcomed Mally Best as its new general manager, following a company expansion.
Mally, 41, holds an impressive wealth of knowledge and experience in the catering industry after working in a variety of highly renowned Liverpool restaurants and global hotels, as well as developing her our own eatery in the famous Left Bank in Allerton.
She said:
“I am delighted to be working with such a respected catering firm at this point in my career. As a result of my varied background in the industry, I believe that my position is well suited.
“My aim is to ensure that the team continue to provide culinary excellence alongside a first-class customer service.”
As part of the company development, Mally will work alongside director Helen Wynn and Master Chef of Great Britain Darren Wynn, and will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the independently ran business.
