Earlier this month local law firm Jackson Canter hosted an exclusive event for senior entrepreneurs in the area at The Atkinson.
Attendees enjoyed the opportunity to network in a relaxed atmosphere and a talk about the upcoming new museum which is to open at the venue this coming autumn.
Gallery and Museum Manager Stephen Whittle showcased some Egyptology artefacts exhibits that have not been unveiled for some 40 years and which are part of a significant collection which will be on show when the museum opens.
Stephen also took guests into the art gallery where he gave a talk on the current ‘Walk On’ exhibition.
Andrew Holroyd, Chief Executive of Jackson Canter said:
“As a firm we are very supportive of the arts in Liverpool and this was an opportunity to support The Atkinson in Southport.
“It is marvellous resource for the town and we were delighted to have the opportunity to introduce the newly refurbished facility to some of our business partners. Jackson Canter are strong supporters of the visual and performing arts and this is as good as it gets.”
Emma Anderson, Director of The Atkinson added:
“We were delighted to welcome Jackson Canter for this very special evening.
