Liverpool Science Park (LSP) has appointed Matthews & Goodman as its sole letting agent.

Located in the city’s Knowledge Quarter, LSP is now part of the new Sciontec Liverpool development company, jointly owned by Liverpool City Council, University of Liverpool, Liverpool John Moores University and Bruntwood SciTech.

It provides more than 120,000 sq ft of contemporary and flexible office space (from one desk to 100), as well as high-specification lab facilities. Opened in 2005, LSP is now home to an array of companies such as biomedical, science, health, digital, tech and creative businesses.

Lynn Haime, partner at Matthews & Goodman, said: “LSP is one of KQ Liverpool cornerstones in terms of providing a creative and collaborative working environment between academics, entrepreneurs and blue chip companies, which is why we’re excited to partner with them and help find the right occupiers for their existing and forthcoming vacancies.”
