Bespoke Lettings
A mother and daughter duo from Liverpool have launched a new lettings and property management company in the form of Bespoke Lettings.
Managing Director Susan Hind, 40, has set up the business together with her daughter and Commercial Director Hannah Frankland, 20, following more than 12 years combined experience in the property industry. They now want to offer a service that ‘goes way beyond that of a standard high street lettings agent’.
Susan said:
“We want to build a strong rapport amongst all of our clients by taking the time to really understand their specific requirements. Hannah and I know how important it is for landlords to find the right tenant, whilst maximising the return on investment, and for tenants to find their next ideal home to rent.”
Even though the pair have only been established for a matter of weeks, the company, which is based in Orrell Park, already has more than 70 properties on its books. Many of their current clients have been obtained via business referrals.”
Susan added:
“We are delighted by the response so far and extremely proud of our current portfolio of properties, which span all over the North West. Our success to date has been built on the fact that we treat every client as an individual – we go the extra mile to offer a tailor-made service.
“It really is such an exciting time for us and we are really looking forward to developing the business over the coming months.”
