National tyre maintenance and breakdown firm Tyrenet has relocated its headquarters to Aviation House, close to its previous home in Speke, South Liverpool.

The company will occupy 2,928 sq ft of office space at the building which was previously known as Keepmoat House. Tyrenet has moved from Churchill House in Gaskill Road.

The deal was secured by Hitchcock Wright & Partners (HWP) on behalf of owner MCR Property Group and the 17,620 sq ft Aviation House has benefitted from a remodelling. Around 6,000 sq ft of office space remains available and HWP and Matthews & Goodman are joint agents.

Tyrenet was established in 2004 and provides fleets with a tyre maintenance and breakdown solution. It has a network of more than 1,000 locations around the UK providing in-store and on-site mobile tyre fitting for trucks, vans, cars, plant & agricultural and earthmover tyres.

Karl Kiernan, property asset manager at MCR Property Group, said: “Since the comprehensive remodelling of the building we have received high interest from both new and existing tenants.”
