Evolve Property Group is says its £500,000 Urbanista Hotel is set to open in September, creating new jobs, and offering luxury accommodation for both people and their pets.
Urbanista’s ‘doggy crèche’ is one of the more unusual features planned for the Bold Street development which will comprise a mixture of 20 suites and double rooms, located above the former Love Thy Neighbour site. A number of suites will also have private external courtyards.
The hotel will create multiple career vacancies from managerial roles through to front of house and housekeeping. Evolve announced the transformation of the ex student halls in May and since then has ploughed ahead with the the project.
David Colebourn, managing director of Evolve Property Group, and owner of Urbanista, said: “Urbanista’s opening is nearing and we can’t wait to welcome our guests. We’re pushing forward with the development of the hotel and we are aiming for a late September launch which is on track and ensuring that we’ll be delivering the project on time.”
