Bastion Point is a £41.5m residential scheme in Liverpool

Work will begin in June on the second phase of a £41.5m residential project in Liverpool city centre.

Developer Integritas Property Group (IPG) has already started work on phase one of the four-phase Bastion Point development in Naylor Street which is set to deliver 67 one and two-bedroom apartments for rent. That is due for completion in autumn 2023.

Now IPG has announced it will start work on a further 69 apartments in the second phase known as Central Point at Bastion. Again, this will see the construction of one and two-bedroom apartments set over seven floors. It is being designed by Snow Architects.

Residents will benefit from a landscaped communal garden, bicycle storage, and a dedicated concierge. The building’s ground floor will include space for retail units that will be available to rent as cafes, shops and other leisure facilities.

“We are pleased to be working with world-class talent pooled right here in the North West, bolstering local jobs and proving that Liverpool is a lucrative location for local investors.”
