Grant Thornton UK LLP has appointed a new partner to head up its Transaction Advisory Services team in the North West.
Philip Grindley, previously at PwC Germany, will oversee a team of eight in Manchester.
As well as over 14 years’ experience of providing transaction and due diligence advice for corporate and private equity clients, Philip also has an impressive international track record, having worked on deals across Europe and in the USA.

In his free time, Philip takes part in endurance sports, and having finished Ironman Zurich in July he is currently training for the Nice marathon. He has two daughters aged 13 and 17.
