Based in Liverpool, the former Sexi Property Group is now known as Tick Property Group and it tasked Poke Marketing with delivering the change
A Liverpool city centre residential lettings agency has rebranded and launched a new brand and website with the help of local creative advertising agency Poke Marketing.
Formerly known as Sexi Property Group, the business is now called Tick Property Group. And it claims the new name and look highlights a different approach to the agency’s relationship with both landlords and tenants.
Research carried out by Poke highlighted the reasons both tenants and landlords were frustrated with the way they were treated by letting agents, often feeling neglected, taken for granted, ignored and over charged.
This leads to a fractious relationship between landlords and tenants as the letting agents removed themselves from the dynamic. Tick is looking to shift this approach and focus on creating a more harmonious relationship with both tenants and landlords. It aims to leave the “combative, blame culture” behind.
Sarah Brown from Tick said: “As we developed our company we realised our obsession in creating an environment that focuses on the client, and not on ourselves was a little bit unique.
“The older, established lettings agencies seemed to have gotten a little lazy in their customer care. Our new brand, website and marketing all showcase how we help our tenants find their ideal home and how we help our landlords enjoy all the benefits of being a landlord, and none of the hassles.”
Andrew Binns from Poke added “Our whole reason to exist is to help companies make an impact. The chance to rebrand this amazing lettings agency to reflect their increasingly dominant market position and clear customer proposition was a great project for us.”
