Hitchcock Wright & Partners has secured a pre let for Palladium Group’s Old Hall Street offices.
Nations House and Stanley Hall, which offer a total 40,603 sq ft of office accommodation were acquired by Palladium Group in April 2015 for a combined sum of £2.7m.
In September, Palladium Group started the multi-million found refurbishment of the adjoining offices. As part of the transformation, the buildings will be renamed L3 Helix (formerly Nations House) and L3 Honeycomb (formerly Stanley Hall).
The building works are expected to be completed and ready for occupation in December.
The scheme will include a comprehensive refurbishment of the common areas, lifts and external treatments and stone cleaning. The building work will also incorporate new feature entrance foyers and external canopy treatments.
Prior to the work commencing the letting agents Hitchcock Wright & Partners have secured the pre let of UK charity NYAS.
