Wirral property and M&A finance firm The Harrogate Group has announced the appointment of a new non-executive director
Sam Miller is joining property finance firm The Harrogate Group as a non-executive director.
Based in Wirral and with another office in Birmingham, The Harrogate Group was founded in 2019 by Faisal Arif and former Liverpool-based barrister Sue Wright. It helps secure bridging funds for property developments and mergers and acquisitions.
Most recently a partner at Clearwater Corporate Finance where he was head of growth, Sam has previously developed and brought to market an innovative housing scheme that helped first time buyers secure a place on the housing ladder.
He offers more than 20 years experience in the M&A and corporate finance sector and has previously held positions with HBoS Integrated Finance, RBS TCF and Ascension Ventures. He will join Harrogate in September.
