Leading airline company Ryanair is hoping to attract more customers by bringing in a series of brand new exclusive business deals.
Flying cheap does not always mean flying comfortably as many customers of Ryanair have found out over time. In order to help improve their service and fend off competition, the Dublin-based company has announced the launch off the ‘Business Plus package’.
It boasts of flexibility on ticket charges, 20kg of luggage, priority boarding and fast track security in airports including Liverpool John Lennon.
The airlines will no longer be cutting the frills as Ryanair’s chief marketing officer, Kenny Jacobs explained:
“Businesses are becoming smarter with their travel and over 25% of our customers already travel on business. We now offer even more business routes, connecting Europe’s major cities with additional flights and improved schedules, ensuring great savings for businesses of all sizes.
“Our commitment to the improvement of our customer experience under our ‘Always Getting Better’ programme continues, following the introduction of allocated seating, a free second carry-on bag, reduced fees, a new website, a brand new app with mobile boarding passes, and our dedicated family service.”
The news comes to show that things are being changed at Ryanair, as earlier in the year the company had made a GDS (global distribution service) deal with Travelport, which allows ticket booking through third-party websites.
Jacobs adds:
“This launch of Ryanair Business Plus, combined with our new groups and corporate service, and partnership with Travelport GDS – with a second GDS partner to be announced soon – will make business travel with Ryanair ever simpler.”
