Sciontec says it is already in talks with potential occupiers for its £69m HEMISPHERE One development in Liverpool.

Construction of the 150,000 sq ft, eight-storey development in Paddington Village in the city’s Knowledge Quarter is scheduled to begin in May 2027 with funding coming from a variety of sources.
