Smith and Sons will offer 27 lots at its forthcoming Merseyside property auction.
Wirral-based Smith and Sons will hold the online auction on Wednesday, July 10. It will offer multiple commercial and residential properties across Merseyside.
A number of terraced properties in Birkenhead with guide prices starting at £35,000 are on offer. A double fronted eight-bed property close to the waterfront in up and coming New Brighton is in need of a full refurbishment.
A four bed end terrace house in Allerton in Liverpool is guided at £260,000 to £280,000 offering a potential home owner the chance to secure the property at a keen price and add their mark following an upgrade programme.
For developers, there is an opportunity to secure three adjoining properties in historic Hamilton Square. Planning permission was granted in October 2019 for change of use to an Apart Hotel. There is space to create a series of apartments and/or commercial space.
