There are 36 lots on offer at the final Smith and Sons Wirral property auction of 2022.

Taking place online starting at 12 noon on Tuesday, December 6, the auction offers a number of terraced properties in need of modernisation with guide prices as low as £40,000.

There are also apartments in popular areas which would be suitable either for owner-occupation or investment. One example is an investment comprising two flats and a vacant ground floor flat, both in West Kirby.

Chris Johnson, auctioneer at Smith and Sons, said: “The auction room typically acts as a barometer for the wider property market. In this latest auction we are seeing a large number of properties available at very attractive guides.

“The rental market is at an all-time high and for those with spare cash, now is a brilliant time to invest.

“Cost of living, inflation and interest rates will always affect how the market performs and inevitably we are seeing signs of a slowdown. However, this auction, I believe, will appeal to a wide audience as there really is something for everyone, and viewings are already under way.”
