Spire Hospital Liverpool plan new private healthcare centre in a converted Victorian Building at Number One Penny Lane.
Spire Hospital Group has finished initial building work on a state-of-the-art medical facility for Penny Lane. Working with Lindrick construction for the last six months, the healthcare centre will be located in the iconic 19th Century sandstone building, part of a conservation village area.
The centre will comprise nine consultation rooms, two treatment rooms, a dermatology and cosmetic unit and the Liverpool Eye Centre. There will also be a private GP service, helmed by TV famous doctor, Dr Arun Ghosh.
Alison Peake, Hospital Director of Spire Hospital Liverpool, commented:
“The initial building work on One Penny Lane is now complete and we are now just going through the process of preparing to open the centre.
“The new facility has been refurbished to the highest standards and give us the space to expand the hospital and the services we offer.
“The Liverpool Eye Centre, in particular, will be a major new facility being launched by the hospital and should be one of the leading eye centres of its kind in the North West.”
